The ruins of Machu Picchu were magnificent, but my favorite memory of Peru is a Pachamanca ceremony and lunch, an amazing cultural experience! The highlight was savoring a traditional meal prepared in an underground stone oven, while gazing at the Temple of Ollantaytambo.
