Our week-long visit to Delhi and Rajasthan planned in a short period of time was exceptional. Everything except our dinners was arranged for and included in the itinerary. Our personal guides in each city were engaging and enhanced our experience tremendously. Our chauffeur (far more than a driver) was brilliant. He was also our trip coordinator and provided local guidance as we travelled. The whole visit was executed perfectly and Enchanting staff made it so from planning through to the final wave goodbye. We are so pleased to have found this company and will definitely select them again for future visits elsewhere in the world.

Our experience with enchanting travels was absolutely out of this world. We utilized their services to plan our honeymoon to New Zealand and boy, did they deliver!! Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure we were truly happy with our itinerary and that It included a good balance of excursions as well as relaxing on our trip. She was receptive to any questions or feedback we had. Our travel liaison, Emma, was there every step of our trip to make sure we were comfortable, never lost, and always had the answers to any of our questions. This trip was truly the trip of a lifetime and a bucket list trip for my husband and I. We would not hesitate to utilize their services for another trip and we would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family.

We have travelled to three different countries with the assistance of Enchanting Travels, most recently to Namibia. Each experience has been positive. Namibia was wonderful to visit and our trip was enhanced with the help and coordination of Danielle and Meghan (and undoubtedly so many others who are behind the scene). Our itinerary was individualized and catered to what we value and request. Our trip coordinator, Meghan, is so professional, prompt, and very invested in us having a wonderful experience. The in country guides and excursion companies Enchanting Travels has connected us with have been top notch. The new Trip Agent app which details the trip itinerary is fabulous! We highly recommend Enchanting Travels and are already working with Danielle to plan a trip to Egypt!

Enchanting Travels did an excellent job of planning, coordinating, and executing our trip. This was our first trip with Enchanting Travels and we would definitely recommend them and we will definitely use them again. They have an outstanding staff and listened to our needs and developed a trip within our budget. While I was skeptical about having a coordinator in another country, it worked; when we needed help addressing issues, which were minor, they were on it quickly and efficiently and effectively. This is a first rate operation.

Our Enchanting Travels trip to Argentina and Uruguay was simply lovely. The itinerary was put together cooperatively, catering to our limited time and desired stops. The transfers were flawless. The drivers were superior, in our case, not only driving safely, but answering so many questions. The guides were excellent, which is perhaps to be expected since they have to study for 3 or 4 years in order to earn tour guide status. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfasts were included at all hotels. It was so nice to have a local contact to assist us. In one instance, we lost a wallet, and our contact helped us track down where we had left it and arranged for it to be returned. We wanted to see where an ancestor was buried in the British Cemetery in Buenos Aires, and Enchanting Travels located the burial plot and wove that stop into our tour. These are examples of the excellent service we received.

This was my second trip booked through Enchanting Travels and I will continue to use them for any future trips. The service they provide is amazing and best of all they make everything so easy. Lisa Fox and Divya were brilliant with everything they did for us. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed my trip and a lot of that is due to them and their help. 10/10 would recommend.

We used Enchanting Travels for our honeymoon in Japan, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. They handled everything, making the planning completely stress-free, even down to details like the best seats on the train if you have luggage with you and timing train arrivals to match hotel check in times. Every activity they arranged was absolutely top-tier. The local guides they booked were standout—knowledgeable, flexible, and always ready to adjust or enhance our plans. We couldn’t help but feel fortunate compared to others on group tours, as we had private guides who made us feel like VIPs throughout the trip. The app they provided was also a great tool, keeping everything organized and easily accessible. Thanks to them, our honeymoon was even more memorable than we could have imagined. Highly recommend them for any trip!

This was our first trip with Enchanting Travels and I could not make a higher recommendation. From the time of planning to execution of our trip to Southern Africa, the service was excellent. The attention to detail of every aspect of our trip was outstanding. The trip was seamless, from transportation to accommodations. It was comforting to have a connection in Africa who met with us online prior to the trip and was available throughout our journey. The app with all of our travel plans and documents made the trip stress free. We plan to use Enchanting Travels again in the future.

We would highly recommend Enchanting Travels to anyone interested in having a carefree, wonderful adventure abroad. We have used their services in several countries and have always had terrific travels. Although we haven’t decided where we would like to travel next, we will definitely contact them when we’re ready to start planning!

This was the second trip we worked with enchanting travel. The ability to customize our trip, and get advice on tours and activities was very helpful in making our trip unique and personalized. We will definitely be using calling Enchanting Travels for our next vacation.

This trip to South Africa has been on our bucket list for a long time. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. It exceeded all expectations, particularly because of Enchanting Travels and our travel coordinator /consultants Akshay, and Cyprian. Their expertise, and professionalism allayed any concerns we had. Also, the timeframe and specific tours on our itinerary were perfect – four days in Cape Town, two days at the Krueger Safari Park, two days in Zimbabwe/Victoria Falls, and two days in Johannesburg. We were glad Enchanting Travels was recommended by a relative who relied on them for a trip to South Africa. Everything was perfectly customized to meet our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this trip.

After multiple trips to Europe that we planned ourselves, this year’s trip to Slovenia and Croatia was the second we have arranged through Enchanting. We elected to visit these countries after conversation with Taylor McKinley, our two-time trip coordinator, who had personal experience traveling to these countries. The itinerary allowed us to have a great introduction to these intriguing countries, their people, and particularly their 20th century history. And we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent Slovenian and Croatian food and wine along the way!

We had a great honeymoon thanks to Enchanting Travels. Both Kyle and Ruth were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Any hiccups that took place during our trip (that were completely out of anyone’s control) were quickly responded to and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Enchanting travels spoiled us and now I’m not sure how we’ll ever be able to go on a trip without have the ease and convenience that Enchanting Travels provided to us!

Working with Enchanting Travels made our trip to Italy a breeze. They customized our itinerary and planned out everything from start to finish. We had a wonderful time in Italy and appreciated the planning and assistance we received.

Japan was incredible. Experiencing Tokyo and Kyoto was a great balance that showcased the true beauty of this country and its culture. My itinerary had great structure and I never had a worry. I left feeling like there’s nothing more I could’ve seen or done to make my trip better and I think that’s all anyone can ask for!

Our travel agents did a fantastic job! Everything was so well planned it made it easy not having to worry about so many tiny details you usually would planning on your own. It was an amazing trip!

Enchanting Travels is an amazing travel company. We have done two major trips of over two weeks with them. The UK and Ireland trips were our two favorites of all time. We have been traveling extensively for over ten years, and Enchanting Travels has delivered in a major way. We will certainly use them again in the future.
