As a People Director with a generalist HR background, Hannah has led diverse teams across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. She is passionate about recognizing and unlocking the potential in people — and using that potential to continuously raise the bar on individual, team, and business performance.
Outside of work, Hannah is a proud mum to two wonderful children, and loves spending time outdoors with her family. Living in the beautiful Berkshire countryside means many of her adventures involve cycling or walking — usually with a well-earned pub stop along the way! She is also a music lover and used to be the lead singer in a band. These days, her performances are mostly reserved for karaoke nights with friends (usually after a glass of wine or two!).
MOST ENCHANTING TRAVEL
We’ve been fortunate to explore some truly incredible places, but one stand-out trip was to Cape Town — such a vibrant, breathtaking city. We also adore European travel, especially Italy. One unforgettable moment was stumbling across a very intimate Bryan Adams concert in Lucca, Tuscany — a magical experience! We’re now in the exciting process of planning our next big adventure to Japan through Enchanting Travels.
I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.
