Enchanting Travels organized our four week trip in India and they did everything they said they would do. Our trip was totally hassle free and was full of a range of really interesting trips and activities. The hotels we stayed in were very clean and outstandingly comfortable and when we wanted to amend our program it happened promptly and efficiently.

Everyone from the company, from our Trip Coordinator to the people who assisted us to get on and off the trains, were friendly, and they made the trip absolutely special. We heartily recommend this company to anyone seeking a personal tour of this outstanding country.

Since we go on private/individualized tours, we are particular about the tour company we use. For example, we prefer tour companies that take time to discuss our interests (i.e. history, culture, and relaxation), that are willing to adjust their itineraries rather than offer a “one-size fits all” tour package, and that are locally based in the place we are visiting, rather than an international conglomerate. Enchanting Travels successfully addressed all the above criteria. Overall the trip was well organised and coordinated. It was excellent to have well-informed, locally-knowledgeable tour guides in the each of the visited locations. This added a “local flavour” to each of the places visited, and made our experiences more engaging. We would like to thank Vineeta for her advice and planning of our itinerary. And Sneha was an excellent trip coordinator – she was always “with us”, ready to offer help when needed. The drivers and guides did a remarkable job – overall it was an excellent holiday.
