Enchanting Travels performs as promised. I have taken two trips, India and South America, and I look forward to using them again. They have found very special experiences for us that our a bit off the beaten path. We request cooking lessons and we get to go to some neat places that our not on the basic tourist route.

We were always met at airports and we always felt that we had people to call if we had a problem. Our tour coordinator was in touch with us frequently. We had her number to call if we had a problem. But we never had a problem. Just reassuring that you have someone available if necessary.

We would like to thank Enchanting Travels for a trip of a lifetime. It was absolutely stress free, the hotels were all amazing, the guides very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. There was always someone to meet us at the airport to take us to our next destination, even when our flights were delayed. We always felt safe in our hotels, with our drivers and our guides.

Enchanting went above and beyond to leave us little perks in our rooms, such as wine and cheese and sandwiches when we flew in late, also there were hotel upgrades. We would recommend this company to anybody, and will most definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Enchanting Travels!!!

My friend and I approached a few different travel companies in Australia and none were as direct, helpful or as well organised as Derek – others kept us waiting with decisions and often didn’t even respond to questions asked.

Derek’s itineraries were so clearly and attractively set out and he was so flexible to make changes.

Finding Enchanting Travels was a serendipitous moment when I was trawling the net hoping to find a company that could tailor make a tour to Chile for me as my travel companion had some time constraints that did not fit organised group tours. [Plus, we don’t like organized group tours]

I sent off inquiring emails to a couple of companies and was surprised to get a phone call from Nicola the next day. She had a proposal and cost back to us within days for consideration, and shortly after, it was a done deal.

We loved the way our Travel Consultant was extremely patient, and accommodating from the very beginning. He designed a marvellous trip, was efficient and thorough. For his part, in organising our trip – hats off!! His advice on our destinations was brilliant! Could not fault his experience and professionalism.

Overall our accommodation was terrific. We were all very happy with our guides and tours.

Great Chauffeurs!! As a surprise, our driver in Valparaiso organised a tour of the lighthouse, which we all loved!! They were extremely flexible in our plans.

This trip was extremely well-organized for us. All the people that picked us up from the airport, the drivers, and the guides were very punctual. We loved the options available to chose our own area to travel, and the way in which we wanted to travel, which was partially by using bikes. Amelia was especially thoughtful to meet with us at the first hotel in Buenos Aires and she called to check up on us at frequent intervals, and that was also appreciated. The wine and cheese and the massage provided by her were an added plus! The guides we had were, on-the-whole, very knowledgeable about the area, culture, and history. The bikes were in super condition, with front shocks. The scenery in these areas was incredible. We are very glad that we spent the time in the places that we did. We had a taste of Buenos Aires, a wonderful biking experience in the countryside with incredible views, and will remember

We felt we experienced more of the culture of the area by biking and staying in smaller towns. The colors of the mountain in Hornocal is one of the most unusual sights in the world, as is the falls. Amelia was a gem who gave us a sense of added security, and we can’t add enough thanks for all that she did while we were in the country.

Enchanting did an excellent job, much more than we expected.

They executed our itinerary with precision. They were there in case we needed to contact them for assistance. We never needed to.

It was an enjoyable, relaxing and stress free holiday.

So pleased we went with Enchanting Travels and would do it again without hesitation.
