Enchanting Travels offer a seamless and reliable service that allows their guest to enjoy the benefits of travel without the pain, but while still feeling they are independent of a large tour group.

This was an excellent trip which was very well planned and managed throughout.

We felt that our requirements were foremost and that we were being taken care of every step of the way.

If you can take the good (amazing rich culture, delicious food, beautiful music, temples, etc.) with the bad (poverty, traffic jams, unclean streets), this is a great place to go to. It was my dream trip!

We used Enchanting Travels to book our Honeymoon in India in 2013. We were extremely happy with the package that was organised, the level of customer service we were given, and the for such an wonderful experience- the value for money. If we were ever looking to book similar travel experience we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Bill and I had a wonderful time on our Enchanting Travels holiday. Right from the planning stage, ‘our’ wishes were what mattered and nearly everything we requested was delivered. Enchanting took the time to find out what we were interested in, our budget requirements, pace of the tour and where we particularly wanted to go; and then got to work and planned our itinerary to include as much as possible for us. We tweaked the itinerary and discussed alternatives where necessary and came up with an itinerary that suited both my interests in architecture, history and local crafts and Bill’s interests in Buddhism, cuisine and ethnic customs.

Rajasthan was magnificent and the Himalayan sector was the icing on the cake. We have not stopped talking about it, and the best thing was, we did not have to worry about a thing – every minute detail was taken care of by Enchanting Travels from the moment we set foot on Indian soil, till the time we flew out. We would definitely use Enchanting Travels again. Thanks Enchanting for a truly enchanting holiday.

Our trip was very skillfully organized with a guide and driver, who made everything easy for us. The hotels selected were excellent, idyllic retreats from the stress of traveling the roads in India.

We had adequate time to visit the important sites, with the flexibility to alter our daily itinerary for spontaneous activities. Having entrance fees, activities arranged in advance saved us a great deal of time and stress. A knowledgeable guide is key, and we had one.

For a first visit to India, this is a great way to go.

We really enjoyed the interaction with all the Enchanting team we had dealings with throughout our honeymoon.We were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, especially that of Sarika and Ranjana from Enchanting, our driver Arjun, and our guides, particularly Gajendra in Jaisalmer and Anshuman in Udaipur. We felt they really went the extra mile to make our experience friendly, well organised, special, and exciting. Thanks guys, you were fantastic!

Extra-special highlights were our tour of the abandoned village in Jaisalmer, the bicycle rickshaw ride in Delhi, elephant ride up to the Amber Fort in Jaipur, and the peaceful boat ride on the lake in Udaipur. But there were so many more! We also valued the interaction with real Indian culture rather than a touristic experience.

We had about a month before our extended trip to India. Overwhelmed by the task of doing our usual planning of our vacation, we turned to the Internet. Enchanting Travels immediately attracted us by the offerings and subsequently the standards set for cars, drivers and accommodations.

We quickly decided upon a travel plan. Then we arrived in India and everything was more than we could have planned or imagined! Our travel routes were enchanting, our accommodations were gorgeous and our enchanting staff from drivers to guides were delightful!

My wife, sister and I used Enchanting Travels on our recent three week trip to India. I originally had a quote from a large travel agent that seemed too high. I was pleased that Enchanting Travels was able to quote me a lower price for essentially the same trip. I communicated with their representative through email and phone and they were able to tailor a trip that met all of our expectations.

They provided exceptional service while we were on the trip – their representatives met us at each step of the way and we had a manager in India who we could call 24/7 with any concerns. The guides were all knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and on time. We also had the flexibility to change our activities depending on how we felt that day.

We had no idea where to start when we decided to go to India. All we knew was that we wanted to see some of the culture and also to hopefully fulfil our dream of seeing tigers in their natural habitat. When we spoke to Jennifer she came up with an itinerary which included both a stay in two of the main cities (Delhi and Mumbai) and also a stay at 3 different National Parks to increase our chances of seeing tigers. The extensive itinerary was also, surprisingly, within our budget.

From my first phone call to the last day of our holiday we were treated with respect and thoughtfulness and made to feel very special. We would thoroughly recommend using Enchanting Travels to book a holiday, if you wish to have the personal touch and be left with memories and photographs which will last forever. And yes………….we did see tigers!

Your selection of hotels was perfect, all different and charming in their own way. The palace at Deogarh was out of this world. Each tour guide was informative, friendly and approachable. Happy to answer any questions we had.

Our driver Manohar was the perfect gentleman from start, in Delhi to finish in Udaipur. He was always on time, ready waiting with a lovely smile, cool car and bottle of water. His patience on the mayhem of India’s roads was outstanding.

The sights and sounds of this fascinating country will stay with us forever. Feel sure this was down to the way Enchanting Travels organised exactly what we wanted even though we didn’t really know ourselves.

From the moment I started planning my trip to India and Sri Lanka online until the vacation ended after a month of travel, I marveled at what Enchanting-India had done for us.

We loved the hotels, the food, the activities, our guides, and the convenience of having a car and driver. Not a glitch during the whole trip. It went like clock-work.

I had sketched out the itinerary and indicated what kind of places we liked, how many days in each area, etc. But all the details were wonderfully filled in by Enchanting-India. Along the way we asked for some special things and our wish was their command.
