I surprised my daughters with a trip to Paris as a Graduation trip. Everything from the planning with Elizabeth to Gunjan working with us while in France to our driver, Adam was wonderful!

Enchanting Travels coordinated a customized bucket-list trip to Alaska for us that exceeded our expectations. There were suggestions made in the itinerary that we would have never thought of several being highlights of the trip. Prior to the trip, all of the booking and coordination was taken care of and in Alaska, this is helpful since many places do not open booking until a certain time, and do not offer the ease of online reservations. We would not have experienced as much as we did if we tried to coordinate this trip on our own. During the trip, our coordinator Miriam was excellent with communication and made for a stress-free trip. We only had one minor hiccup with one of the hotel reservations but it was corrected promptly and of little inconvenience. She was always available and quick to reply. I highly recommend this service. If you book with Enchanting Travels, you will be glad that you did.

The planning you did for us was perfect. You took all our suggestions and made it happen. Have the easy communication while we were in Italy if any questions came up was huge. Everyone responded so quickly it was great. If there were any issues, you took care of them instantly. 2 weeks in Italy with 5 different hotels could not have gone more smoothly.

Every accommodation was phenomenal and surpassed our expectations. Asilia Africa is a great partner and we had one guide in particular who was unforgettable. Our African trip coordinator, Cyprian, really shone when our travel was disrupted and we had to miss the first four days of our trip. He did an excellent job of helping us find new accommodations and handling all of the arrangements. We were grateful to have him. He was truly 24/7.

Our private tour to Uganda and Kenya was well organized. We had exceptional guides and the lodges provided exceptional services.

I’m not typically someone to leave reviews but for my experience with Enchanting Travels it is well worth taking the time to provide a testimonial. From start to finish Enchanting Travels was a more than amazing experience. I was a bit nervous using a travel agency at first but Enchanting Travels went above and beyond to ease those nerves. Having someone to communicate with 24/7 while in a foreign country was beyond helpful. All our experiences were fabulous and each driver that was coordinated was there right on time. Our hotels were great, transportation was perfect. Can’t rave any more about how great Enchanting Travels was and the people we worked with to coordinate this trip.

After our first trip to Africa, Parik, one of the owners, contacted and met with us to get our feedback on what we liked and what could be improved. We were so impressed we used them for our second dream trip to the Galapagos, Machu Picchu, Iguazu Falls and Buenos Aires. They didn’t disappoint. So, when my husband and I were thinking about a family trip (10 including children and grandchildren) we decided to go to Africa again, but different countries. We were extremely happy with all the accommodations, drivers, guides, activities, food and anything else one could think of. I highly recommend Enchanting Travels!
