Enchanting Travels was one of kind. They really cared on how we experience the trip. They wanted only the best for us. They did a great job at finding experiences that we would lo d had done if we planned this on our own. Bolivia had SO many hidden gems and we got to see most/ to all of the beauty of Bolivia.

Our trip planner really tuned in to our style and tailored our trip to match our needs and desires. She started our tours a bit later in the morning because of our request, she made sure we got some nature in to each day, and she tailored each city to be sure we saw what was important to us. The hotels were also chosen perfectly to give us the most value for our budget. And there were splurges at just the right places. Further, the incredible support both ahead of time and during the trip were surprisingly great. The support exceeded our expectations. Neetu Singh had 2 video meetings with us ahead of time to prepare for traveling in Japan. Her guidance was invaluable. Once there, she was a phone call away ,for anything we might need. Enchanting Travels is awesome!

My wife and I are big travelers and love searching out the next adventure to enjoy food, drink, experiences and one another’s company. For our honeymoon, we wanted to sit back, let someone else help plan the logistics of our trip and only decide on some of the fun stuff! We are big foodies and Rose/Megan helped cater our trip to make sure we hit all the best spots (inspired by Instagram). They handled everything from the moment we landed to the moment we arrived back in the airport, and would love to travel with them again in the future.

If you want to get out in nature and just relax and enjoy nature – Pantanal and Amazon – this is the trip for you. Just wonderful – and the no wifi was a bonus. Caiman lodge and Tuscano were terrific and staff knowledgeable, flexible and personable. What more can you ask for.

I think the best part Enchanting Travels apart from expert guidance in picking hotels , transportation and experiences is when a speed bump occurs during the trip and you need it resolved quickly , Enchanting Travels is only a call or text message away . On more than 1 occasion in Italy the best planned events didn’t go as intended , no worries as Himanshu was always available to correct the issue in a very professional and respectful way. Picking a travel agency to arrange your vacation is great however picking a travel agency to help you when things don’t go as planned is priceless that’s why we choose Enchanting Travels .

The overall experience was absolutely amazing every step of the way. We would like to particularly thank Neethu for her professionalism and thoughtfulness. She anticipated everything and was always one step ahead organizing our comfort. She was responsive even when we called in the middle of the night because I left my wallet on the way to the airport. She traced it and I already received it. We really felt like she was guarding us wherever we were. We are very happy with Enchanting Travels and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wishing to have great experience and a reliable agency. We are delighted to have been under Neethu’s care and oversight and can’t praise her enough.

Enchanting Travels was great. My Rep helped me put together a 10 day trip for my family of 7 coming from all over the USA. Every details was explained, completed, vouchers sent etc. The first choice of Hoyo Hoyo was the best suggestions for a SA Safari reserve for a family.

Before we decided to go with Enchanting Travels we went to a local travel agency. Had we gone with their plan our hotels would not have been conveniently located. This would have cost us time and money taking taxis and Ubers. Rose selected hotels that were walking distance to restaurants and great shopping! Hotels were nice, clean and convenient!

Enchanting travel created the most amazing itinerary and trip of a lifetime. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, and organized from the moment we met with our trip organizer to the moment we stepped foot back on the ground at home. Our guides were more than guides, they have truly become friends we will stay in contact with. Every place we stayed we were given the golden glove treatment. It was really beyond words. Enchanting Travels is an excellent travel agency that will customize your trip to help you maximize your experience. Having private tour guides and traveling via train, bus, and metro make the trip more meaningful than your typical bus tour. We connected with the guides on a more personal level. This allowed us to ask questions and gain insight as to how the Japanese think. I recommend Enchanting Travels if you want quality service and an unforgettable trip!
