The trip was planned down to every last detail. It was hassle free and I always felt safe. The trip was carefully curated to entertain my teenage daughter while still educating her on the local culture. This was one of the best vacations and it was stress free the entire time!

Our family of 5 (parents + 3 adult children) traveled to Kenya and Tanzania in June 2023 with Enchanting Travels. We had a fantastic experience from planning to arriving back home. Danielle put together an excellent itinerary that was a great mix of safari, cultural activities and relaxing. Our trip coordinator Jeniffer was great at communicating with us leading up to and throughout the entire trip. She provided a great info packet with helpful packing guides to prepare for the trip. We had a couple of pre-departure calls to make sure the itinerary was all set. All of our guides were excellent, particularly our guide Godson in the Serengeti, and the drivers were always early and professional. From the moment we landed, we felt taken care of and every day went smoothly. When we had numerous flight difficulties, the Enchanting team made sure everything was taken care of, including getting us meals to go. We would highly recommend Enchanting Travels to anyone considering a trip!

We were really happy with our trip with Enchanting Travels. Traveling with them helped us to make good plans without having to worry about the logistics once we arrived. It made the trip a lot less stressful and all of the things they planned for us from tours to hotels were excellent.

Our trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar was amazing! Jeniffer and Corin were great! They made us feel so comfortable about traveling to Africa, answering all of our questions and any concerns we had. The safari was incredible! We have never seen so many animals in our lives and Daniel, our guide, knew so much about them. It was super interesting learning more about the animals we saw. The beach in Zanzibar was beautiful! The sand was some of the nicest we have ever seen! Everywhere we went we felt safe and taken care of! We definitely had a 5 star experience throughout our whole trip!

Amazing experience and we (my husband and I) were both able to fully enjoy our adventure through Italy since Enchanting Travels took care of all the planning! Enchanting Travels (especially during the early phases of planning – thank you Sam!), were very knowledgeable on where to spend a little extra money and where you could save a little money (eg private tour vs group tour). Thanks so much for an adventure of a lifetime!

From the first meeting with Corin to the last follow up we had with Brian during our trip, we felt supported and cared for. Corin took care to prepare the perfect itinerary for us, which included our interests as well as activities he suggested based on his experience. During our trip, Brian made sure we were ok at each new stop along the trip. This experience was so personalized and the attention to detail so fine that this was truly a luxurious experience from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Enchanting Travels more.

Everyone we dealt with was very nice, knew what they were talking about, very caring . The was everything came together, ever single day without a single issue was amazing. The drivers were always early, knew who we were being dropped off to which made it easy to enjoy everything with out any worry. Absolutely worth it!

All hotels were first class, ideally located, tour companies were excellent and all of our tours, except 2, were private for just our family. The trip was completely tailored to our goals. Any snags were immediately handled by our trip coordinator

This was the most remarkable family trip we have ever taken. While I usually plan our vacations, a trip to Japan with a different language and culture and just having opened up after 2 years of pandemic lockdown made me reach out for help. Enchanting Travels had everything covered. Anita listened genuinely to the interests of my family and strove to make our trip special for everyone. We had dinner with a remarkable Geisha and Meiko at a Michelin star restaurant in Tokyo, and I was humbled by these ladies sincere desire to honor their countries traditions. My 20 something kids LOVED the pop culture and anime, and the foodies in our group had amazing sushi, ramen, and so much more. Kyoto, Hakone, Nara were all unique and once in a lifetime experiences. Without the help of Enchanting Travels, I never would have found these private tours (and absolutely LOVELY guides), superb hotels, and help with transportation. I literally stressed about nothing. A true vacation and I fully intend to recommend Japan, plus Enchanting Travels to anyone and everyone, and use them again. Happy travels to all.

Enchanting travels prepared the way for our fantastic two week trip, filled with lovely surprises and breathtaking sights. The attention to details was amazing.

Normally I plan our family vacations, but I wanted help planning our trip to Alaska. It felt different than other trips that we had taken because of the travel time and expense. Our kids are young enough that they may return (and I hope they do!) but for my husband and me, it was a once in a lifetime trip. Enchanting Travels helped narrow down which experiences and activity levels were the best fit and made all the arrangements. It was wonderful!

Dream vacation with my kids – From the initial emails until I arrived safely home from my trip to Alaska with my two kids…Enchanting Travels took care of everything for me. It was like going on vacation with, family. They got to know my wants and needs as a single mom, they understood the destination I was going to, and they listened to me without judgment about what my kids and myself would really enjoy doing. They were extremely responsive and they allowed me to finally be able to relax and enjoy time with my two kids while on vacation. It took the worry out of everything and I was able to be fully present on vacation. I think as parents we are always the ones to plan, schedule, triple-check everything, and ensure our kids are safe, having fun, and truly experiencing life as best they can. For me, as a single mom, it is hard to do the same because I am always doing everything on my own and it adds to the stress of vacations to carry that burden. Working with Enchanting Travels allowed me to be taken care of for once and it took a lot of the weight off my shoulders so that I too could enjoy myself, be present with my kids, and experience the beauty and wonder of Alaska without worry.

I had planned this trip a year ago with Enchanting Travels but was in a bad car accident and had to cancel the trip 3 weeks before leaving. The team worked closely with me helping to ensure that the process was as stress-free as possible. Even though I was devastated that I could not go on this trip then, I was so glad that I got to rebook that trip a year later and excited to be able to work with the team again.

Working with Miriam and being connected with her during the trip made me feel at ease. It made me feel prepared and it made me feel safe when I was far from home.

I could not have been more happy with how this trip went. From the very first email, until I arrived safely home and got to sleep in my own bed, I loved working with Enchanting Travels and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a stress-free, wonderful travel experience!
