Our experience was personalized to us. Each tour guide was knowledgeable and so nice. We cannot put into words how great the overall experience was for us.

Enchanting Travels assisted our family with our first trip to Hawaii. The process was very professional with a detailed itinerary, a virtual meeting to go over all items on the itinerary as well as a 24/7 representative that provided our family support while on the trip. The process was simple and very stress free. We simply told Shannon the islands we wanted to visit, the date range we were looking for and all the main things we wanted to do. Kenny Edghill did a fantastic job assisting us fine tune our itinerary and supporting us while we were on the trip. We were very pleased and will use Enchanting Travels for our next trip out of the country or in this case, out of the mainland.

Enchanting Travels crafted a two-week, private trip to Bolivia and Chile that was exactly what we asked for, included guides and drivers who were knowledgeable and kept us informed and safe while showing us all the wonderful things to see, included perfectly located, clean and safe hotels, and arranged for in-country transportation that was flawlessly executed.

We had the honeymoon of our dreams thanks to Enchanting Travels! Our entire experience from consultation, planning and throughout our trip was fantastic. I couldn’t imagine planning our honeymoon in addition to planning a wedding. They took care of every detail for us and we are so glad we used them for our trip. Having a trip coordinator available at all times while we were in Portugal have us a lot of peace of mind as he was there to handle anything that came up very quickly. We were able to truly relax and focus on our time together as newlyweds.

Our trip to South Africa was incredible! Everything was so well organized, the drivers, the activities, the internal flights. I liked the fact that I described the kind of trip, the length of the trip, the types of lodges I would like to stay in and Enchanting Travels gave me several options to choose from. They talk with you and the trip is planned based on your specifications. This was in no way a group tour, this was exactly the trip that I wanted, but couldn’t plan because I knew nothing about the area.

From the start of the process through the end of the trip, someone was always there to answer any questions and were more than happy to help. Especially when we ran into some room issues, they were quickly addressed and taken care of. Also when we made last minute changes to the itinerary, Gunjan was quick to work with us and take care of those changes. We really appreciated how attentive she was then and during the entire trip. Overall A+ customer service.

Great experience booking with Enchanting Travels. They were very responsive to what type of trip we were looking for and planned a great week in Scotland.

This is the first time I’ve ever used a Travel Agent/Agency. I’m so thankful I did especially since it was my first time traveling outside the United States. Allison and Sharon are AMAZING! Allison was so patient with me especially since we started planning our trip only two months before we were to attend a wedding in Italy. She really listened to what we enjoy doing and planned an amazing adventure for us to go on after the wedding! Sharon was a lifesaver while we were traveling and she went above and beyond helping me while we were traveling. The airline left my luggage in the US and Sharon tackled that nightmare for me. She made herself available 24/7 through the process and kept me updated. She stayed in touch even after I received my luggage, helping us and ensuring we were had a great trip. After our trip was over Allison and Sharon reached out. Allison checked in to see how we liked the adventure. Sharon reached out and let me know that she was continuing to fight with the airline about them losing my luggage for 4 days. Highly recommend them both and will absolutely work with them in the future.

Enchanting Travels listened to us during the planning stages and made our trip to Croatia and Slovenia absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail, the quality of our accommodations, the professionalism of the guides and drivers, all made for a seamless, upper-level experience. They checked in with us during our trip to make sure we were happy (we were), and our trip coordinator, Tasneem, even asked us to let her know when we were safely back home. Now that’s personalized service!

We can certainly recommend Enchanting to anyone for a personalised vacation experience that would be hard to surpass.

Saw all the historical, mythical and scenic sights in Ireland and Scotland. Our driver/guides were amazing. In addition to our stated itinerary, our guides suggested other stops that made our trip richer. We were very supported during the trip by our trip coordinator, Gunjan. Every accommodation was beautiful, most in the center of activities. Felt like we really EXPERIENCED Scotland and Ireland.

It was so relaxing having a professional driver pick us up to take us to all destinations and experienced guides to educate us on the area. Definitely a trip of a lifetime.
