From my initial conversation with Scott to my last check in with Neetu I was very impressed with their ability to plan a fantastic and unique trip for us that was designed to keep all members of my family happy. We had some last minute flight issues that resulted in changes on arrival dates that didn’t even phase Neetu. She understood the issues, made the appropriate changes and kept us updated every step of the way.

Using Enchanting Travels made our trip to Thailand the best trip ever! Not only did we get to do activities that were things we couldn’t have known about ourselves, the experience of not having to worry about the logistics of any of these experiences truly made our trip relaxing!

As the kids have grown into adults, time together is harder to find so being able to establish a shared agenda with common interests was fantastic. As noted, we wanted to see Iceland in the winter and experience the Northern Lights, while making the most of the short time we had. The experience and expertise of Enchanting Travels helps make that possible and the care and attention of Divya makes it as close to a worry-free experience as possible.

Our honeymoon to South Africa was completely magical thanks to the hard work of the Enchanting Travels team. Alison, the initial travel consultant, was highly detail oriented when listening to what we wanted on this trip. She delivered a top-notch itinerary that was customized to our preferred adventures and desired accommodations. After that was finalized, we were assigned our coordinator, Catherine, who I can without a doubt say is the best in the business. She was diligent in every detail, flexible with rescheduling excursions when our plane was delayed (she managed to get all the activities rebooked so we did not need to miss one), was easy to talk with, and very prompt with responding to any questions that we had. She took care of every aspect so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. I am so grateful for Catherine, as she was the main person that made our honeymoon a completely once-in-a-lifetime trip. You will not regret booking with this company and if you are lucky enough to be paired with Catherine as your coordinator, then know you are in fantastic hands. I would also like to mention that all of the staff and tour guides that we met along the way were phenomenal. Everyone was so kind, positive, knowledgeable and provided a seamless experience.

We had planned a trip for our family to Thailand. We had no previous knowledge about how the country was and wanted guidance by a responsible travel agency. It was very adventurous. We did a lot and saw alot and experienced a lot of the culture. We met wonderful people from all different backgrounds. Every van and tour was right on time. Everything was so well organized. Everything was layed out for us beforehand so I knew exactly what the trip would look like and it was just as expected. Samuel was on top of everything. I felt like he was watching our every move (in a great way!) and was like our guardian angel making sure that everything was turning out wonderfully and with LOTS of positivity and personality!

Traveling to Argentina with Enchanting Travels was an amazing experience. From the time we arrived to Argentina to the time we left, we were very well cared for. Zully, our trip coordinator, followed our trip and made every effort to make sure everything ran smoothly. Every activity, transfer and reservation was incredibly well planned and ran like clockwork. Having somebody guide me through booking a complex and expensive trip like Hawaii was invaluable.
