This was such an epic trip. A three week trip that included 6 cities. The planning was thorough and we were able to communicate our thoughts and desires easily w Nurit. She listened and included our desires and steered us in a better direction when appropriate. Easy to work with. Vipra was so easy to work with scheduling all the details. I am a retired engineer, and can be very tenacious about every detail. Vipra was sweet, professional and undaunted by my direct questions and handled everything timely and thoroughly. A 21 day trip and every step was perfectly executed as planned. I loved working with both of them. Our trip was perfect. Highly recommend Enchanting Travels.

We are truly grateful to have come across Enchanting Travels. After my husband and I tried to plan our trip ourselves…we made the right choice paying for the package we did. It was truly a wonderful experience being able to not worry about transportation and having guides (Keiko & Taku were AMAZING) teach us about the culture, history, and much more. We signed up to have more of the private transfer in Japan than public – so worth it! Everyone was on time and very prompt for every activity we were doing. Using Enchanting Travels was one of the best decisions we made on this trip to Japan! From the initial call through the end of the trip we felt we had the opportunity to ask questions and let our desires for our trip be known. They asked the right questions to help plan the trip we wanted and it was a pleasure to have someone else make our accommodation and special tour arrangements for the duration of our trip. Our trip advisor checked in with us during our trip to make sure all was going well. Would definitely recommend!

Our trip was wonderful from beginning to end! It was so lovely to enjoy a vacation where we didn’t have to think about any of the details as everything was already done for us. The hotels were fabulous, our tours and guides were fabulous and a special shout out to John O’Connor, our driver and tour guide extraordinaire in Ireland! We would also like to thank Cherisse Liptzin and Tasneem Lokhandwala for taking such good care of us from the planning stage of our vacation through the last day of our actual trip. Their amazing attention to detail and follow-up meant we could just enjoy our time in Scotland and Ireland without worrying about anything.

I have had experience planning group trips with dear friends and this was by far the most well planned trip I have had the pleasure of putting together. Kelly and Megan listened to all of our ideas and requests and followed through on every front. Knowing that our trip coordinator, Megan Cena was double checking all of our hotels and activities a couple of days before arrival made a huge difference. We were expected at all of the arranged accommodations, no surprises! The quality of the private small group tours we participated in was exceptional. The tour guides were top-notch. We traveled by bus, train,ferry, airplane and luxury van and every piece of our trip went beautifully. Also, one ferry was cancelled and Enchanting Travels was working right away to get us on the next ferry. Having contact with Megan throughout our trip was another plus- she would write every night to ask how that day had gone. A wonderful vacation!

Enchanting Travels has created three trips for me and my grandson. Each one has been well organized and included activities and properties that fulfilled my expectations 100%. I will use them again and again.

Our Costa Rica trip was made easy by using Enchanting Travels. We felt they used reputable companies and drivers that made our experience much better and the hotels were as expected.

The Taste of France really lived up to its title. Given my medical issue, Lisa turned lemons into lemonade! The trip was well layer out and we got to see so much in a short period of time. Cheers to Nitika for always having our back throughout the entire trip.

Elizabeth with Enchanting Travels did an excellent job planning our once in a lifetime dream trip with the family! Hotels were nice and in great locations. Activities/tours booked were very respectable, interesting, and entertaining. The best part was it took the stress off of me to have to plan and book everything. Kenny was available to us throughout the whole trip for any questions or issues and resolved them quickly. We would love to work with them again in the future.
