Enchanting is a reputable company that did a great job helping me plan and execute my husband’s 50th dream vacation.

Having used Enchanting Travels previously, we felt confident our itinerary to Africa would be well thought out and attention to detail would make our trip a trip of a lifetime. From our trip coordinator, Danielle, to Brian our contact person in Africa, they never missed a beat. With each location’s accommodations and activities being exceptional, reflects the extensive research Enchanting Travels puts forth to make sure its patrons are well taken care of. To add… unknown to us, Brian arranged a private dinner for us the last night at Sango Safari Camp that topped off our amazing trip.

Enchanted Travels provided us a trip of “our dreams” and alleviated the stress and time it would of took for us to plan a trip that met our hopes and dreamy expectations on our own. I’ve never used a travel agency before and has always did all my own trip planning, but Enchanted Travels has made me a big advocate for utilizing a travel agency and particularly them!

We were given care and attention every step of our trip; our coordinator was there for us, night and day.

We returned to Enchanting Travels for a second Africa trip because we trusted the company to really hear our wishes, to plan great venues and experiences and to be there for us every step of the way. That certainty is worth a lot.

Enchanting is willing to make any desire work for any reason in any country. We have recommended many friends who have taken trips and we apparently have more waiting in the wings to travel with Enchanting.

If you’re hesitant about booking with an agency, just do it. The little things add up (transportation, language barriers, help in a crutch) that working with ET made so much easier. Well worth the investment!

From the minute we started talking about our trip, the support has been phenomenal! From choosing a customized itinerary to the day to day activities, we have had excellent support and assistance! Tasneem was a huge help making sure everything went perfectly without any issues, and was available to answer any questions throughout our entire vacation.

We are so pleased with our experience using Enchanting Travels for our first South Africa Safari. We wanted a varied experience and Rose, our agent did an amazing job organizing 3 different areas of South Africa with 3 beautiful luxury lodges and game reserves. Rose managed all of the booking and we had a wonderful seem-less trip. We had an amazing trip coordinator, Ntswaki, who met us in the airport in Johannesburg when we arrived. Ntswaki made sure everything went smoothly as we traveled from Johannesburg to the Eastern Cape and stayed in Kariega for 3 nights then a charter flight to Madikwe for 2 nights and 3 days and finished at Thornybush to celebrate our anniversary. We traveled from the US and were happy with how smoothly everything ran and the lodges were top notch. We had very little knowledge about traveling in South Africa and Enchanting handled all of the details and got us to each destination with out a snag. We had no worries as all of the airport transfers were seem-less as there was a representative to meet us as we departed our flights and they helped with luggage and check-ins. I can not say enough good things about Enchanting and the most amazing first trip to South Africa we could hope for! Thank you Enchanting for giving us a trip if a lifetime!!

Enchanting Travels organized an excellent trip for our Peru experience. The itinerary was set up to meet are personal interests and feel we had a good experience of the country and the food and culture of Peru . We loved our 8 day trip to Sicily! We visited three cities that truly gave us the full Sicily experience. The hotels were fantastic and well located. We enjoyed all of our tours and activities, and the cooking class was especially fun! We will definitely use Enchanting Travels again and again.
