The trip was wonderfully planned and we stayed in fantastic hotels. The one or two complications we encountered along the way were quickly handled by our on-call Travel Coordinator.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of our Travel Consultant, Anna and trip coordinator, Ruth. Our decision to travel was on pretty short notice. Anna was on top of the planning immediately. She listened carefully to what we wanted and quickly put it all into place! It was a delight to work with her! Once the trip was confirmed we were connected to Ruth who was readily available to help with any problems. The trip exceeded our expectations!

Enchanted Travels is a top-notch travel agency. All the requests I had were made available and my daughter and I had the best vacation in the U.K. The agency provided drivers that were professional and drove us to our destinations. I would use the travel services again for a future trip!

Peter took time to learn how we like to travel and the types of activities that we wanted to do. With his personal knowledge of Australia he was able to add some great suggestions regarding time of year to go and types of activities to do in each area. We were unable to attend a sporting event but Peter and Brenda tried hard to make it happen even though it didn’t come to pass. All of our flights, transportation arrangements and accommodations were excellent and nothing was missed.

Our personal and customized tour to Peru and Galapagos was arranged with thorough details. We had exhilarating experience. Local tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our tour agent Amelia kept in touch with us during the trip regarding any issues or problems (which we had none).

The flexibility to set up a trip with specific items we wanted was really good. We appreciated the support of the trip coordinator and others very much .

Being someone who usually meticulously plans each vacation, I was reluctant about going through an agency for our honeymoon. Since we’ve never travelled to Africa and I wanted to spend more time enjoy the experience / being surprised – I opted for Enchanting Travels due to the positive reviews online. After getting back from a truly magical honeymoon I must say the reviews were correct. We were able to hand pick a unique itinerary to our needs which was executed to perfection thanks to our team (Ntswaki) on the ground. We always felt like we had support/assistance throughout the entire stay which just made our first time in Africa that seamless and enjoyable.

The trip was fantastic. It ended up living up to all my expectations. I really appreciated all the pre work Anna did with me when we were planning. Getting an understanding of all the options and knowing to expect really helped us make the right selections.

Our visit to Maui was a dream come true. The Royal Lahaina Resort bungalows was perfect. It felt as if we owned our very own condo with a private beach. We will definitely return.

During Covid my husband and I embarked on an online search for travel companies that catered to helping individuals achieve their perfect getaway. Luckily we discovered Enchanting Travels! From the moment we picked up the phone to speak to a representative we were impressed with their prompt response time, professionalism, courteous manners and overall desire to customize an adventure just for us. Elizabeth listened carefully to our goals and travel preferences, as we described to her what we thought we wanted. After several Zoom sessions, multiple emails and drafts, plus a number of tweaks (on our part) she developed the perfect itinerary for us. We couldn’t have been more excited! Thank you, Elizabeth! Next, Elizabeth introduced us to Nitika, our travel coordinator. Nitika tackled all of our reservations including accommodations, travel between destinations, tickets to events, etc…no small task. We enjoyed speaking with her via Zoom on a number of occasions and collaborating on some of the travel details. She too listened carefully to our input, recommended some special events and destinations, and made sure that everything suited our travel goals. Every detail was carefully planned and scheduled (including our transportation between events and locations) and everyone we interacted with, be it local guides or drivers, was prompt and pleasant. Nitika even made sure to stay in contact during our travel to answer any questions that arose along the way. We are very indebted to you for taking the stress and worry out of overseas travel, Nitika. Thank you so much! Our experience with Enchanting Travels was top notch.
