My experience using Enchanting Travels was great. They were attentive to my needs and listened to what I was wanting to do. From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful.

First time booking with this agency it was an excellent experience. The customer service is 100%. Everything that was offered was received and they are well organized. Going into another country for the first time was very very comfortable and easy going thanks to Enchanting Travels.

Anita really took the time to get to know exactly what my husband and I were looking for in this trip and she delivered 100% on what she promised. Anita spent a lot of time putting together options for hotels and excursions. She chose incredible hotels with top-notch services. The local guides/agencies with whom she worked in Thailand took wonderful care of us. Everyone was very professional, fun, prompt, and really wanted us to experience the culture and the excitement of their country. Enchanting Travels delivers. My husband and I booked with them for a trip to Patagonia for our honeymoon and we didn’t even have to think about anything the entire trip. The hotels, food, transportation, and day excursions were beyond amazing. We had a flight that needed to be changed coming back to the US and they also took care of this for us. There is no doubt you get what you’re paying for. Derek and Camilla were beyond amazing in making this trip happen. Thank you so much for a trip we will always remember.

Enchanting Travels planned the trip of a lifetime for my husband and I to Thailand and Cambodia. I normally plan my trips on my own and I was a bit hesitant to use a travel company. There is no question that I would use Enchanting Travels again in the future. Enchanting Travels organized another great trip for us. A couple years ago, they planned our Mexico/Guatemala trip, which was fantastic. Now, we just came back from 2 weeks in Chile (Santiago, Maule, Patagonia/Torres del Paine & Easter Island/Rapa Nui). It was unforgettable. My wife has all kinds of dietary restrictions and allergies and they made sure we had plenty of options. Also, my wife is into birding/wildlife and I’m into history/architecture/culture and Enchanting Travels built a trip that totally satisfied both of us. We told them what we were into and some things we wanted to see/do over a zoom call and they took it from there and proposed a couple prospective itineraries and we chose one. It was that easy.
