Sam at Enchanted Travels was amazing. I presented the family “wants” for the trip, who all have different interests and Enchanted Travels was able to personalize and plan a vacation that we all enjoyed.

Incredible time seeing Italy with the help of Enchanting Travels! Itineraries were spot on and the 24 hour support we had while on vacation was very helpful!

Enchanting Tours, especially Shannon McFee, is where to start. We have tried all the others but nobody personally customized our entire 15 days like this company did. And their 24/7 service whenever we needed anything was always spot on.

Without any reservation would I recommend working with Sarah and her team at Enchanting Travels. They work really hard to ensure you have the best time. And, I did! Hands down one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. They are very good at communicating and helping with details along the way during the trip. Catherine was kind enough even to have a pizza delivered to my hotel when I felt too tired to go out. I am a higher maintenance traveler, and I never felt like I wasn’t getting exactly what I wanted, requested or desired. It was really outstanding both from a customer service perspective and guest fulfillment of expectations perspective. I have traveled extensively and have always handled my own details, however, I decided to hand the reigns over and boy, was that just the best decision ever?! 100%!! Book with Enchanting Travels. We had an amazing experience touring Ireland with Enchanting Travels. It was so nice to have the itinerary and hotels taken care of. So nice to not have to worry about those details!! Enchanting Travels set us up with a private driver for a 10 day tour and we could not have been more pleased. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely use Enchanting Travels in the future.

The reservations, working with a budget, and the general advise while booking was very helpful and set us off on the right foot. However, having a personal travel advisor during the trip was invaluable. She saved us time, helped us troubleshoot (which is always needed while traveling) and was a huge peace of mind throughout our trip. Service, advice, convenience and quality were all part of our experience with Enchanting Travels.

They were able to incorporate the small towns, beaches, cliffs and ocean views really made my trip very successful.

At every step of the journey, we felt well-cared for and with no confusion regarding connections, accommodations, or travel mode. Our coordinator followed our trip as we went along ensuring that everything went smoothly. Our guides at the camps and lodges were outstanding and the overall hospitality at each location was warm, friendly and ensured our visit was memorable.

For us, planning an international vacation for a large family would have taken weeks of research and planning especially during Covid. Working with Enchanting Travels was so easy and fulfilling. Having never planned an extensive trip in detail like this, I knew I was going to need help. We had an amazing trip to Costa Rica and it was very well planned all thanks to Enchanting Travels! Very highly recommended.

Not that limits should be tested, but the support and effort placed never faltered and no request was denied. Being able to message at any time for help and get an immediate answer was great. The day to day agenda was clear and the ‘upfront’ prep was light and valuable. It was excellent.

I was apprehensive about using an online travel company, but no longer have a single concern.
