This is our fifth adventure with Enchanting Travels. It is always such a pleasure from the beginning to the end. Our Travel Consultant Katie did an awesome job of navigating us through the planning in light of COVID, listening to our desires and keeping us in the budget we had prepared for this trip. I love that everything is planned and in a secure environment. The adventures and educational journeys are always so gratifying. I highly recommend Enchanting Travels wherever the destination… I trust them completely.

Enchanting Travels just designed us a long overdue honeymoon to Costa Rica. Their knowledgeable professionals customized an itinerary that included a variety of accommodations – from a luxury eco-resort in the middle of the rainforest to hotels with fabulous views and restaurants. Drivers were excellent. Guides were top-notch. Covid protections were taken seriously. We knew we could rely on Enchanting Travels to do our worrying for us!

My wife and I had an amazing time on our recent trip to Mexico and Guatemala. The itinerary and all the arrangements were built to our specifications by Enchanting Travels, who did a fantastic job. It was a completely hassle-free experience; we just told them some of the places we definitely wanted to go (Teotihuacan, Chichen Itza and Tikal) and things we wanted to do (watch wildlife/birds, eat amazing food, etc.) and they exceeded our expectations by not only including our essentials but several other great ideas and interesting suggestions. They even had a couple surprises for us along the way, which was a nice personal touch. We’d definitely use their services again.

Africa and Enchanting Travels literally changed our lives, and we will never view travel or the world the same. We’ve never been on a vacation where we both cried, nor lived in constant fascination and intrigue of our surroundings. The attention to detail and the guides utilized by Enchanting Travels are amazing. The level of detail and assistance from both Samuel, our Trip Coordinator, and the various guides were above and beyond expectations. The knowledge and attitudes of the guides were superb!!!

The trip was very pleasant. The Galápagos Islands are a unique site to see wild life and amazing scenic views. The snorkeling experience was the highlight of the trip.

We can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Enchanting Travels. We travelled during a Pandemic in uncertain times and we felt safe the entire trip. The adventures and lodging always exceeded our expectations. Each destination we visited was perfectly planned out and the Trip Coordinator and tour guides helped make lasting and wonderful memories for our family.

This is our first experience using a travel agency and I’d have to say Enchanting Travels when beyond our expectations. Every single detail of our trip was planned even down to the basics of what foods do you like and dislike. We plan on using them again very soon!

This was our second trip with Enchanting Travels. Our first was to Bali. This trip was a driving trip to the Utah National Parks and the Grand Canyon. We trusted Enchanting Travels to set up an itinerary that would enable us time to see all the sites without feeling rushed. The planning they did on short notice was perfect. Our personal trip coordinator did a great job of keeping in contact, answering questions and making reservations. Highlights were a helicopter trip over the Grand Canyon and many hikes into breathtaking areas. Enchanting Travels makes trip planning so easy and the trip itself an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend them.

I have planned a trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar with Enchanting Travels during mid July with my two teenage daughters. We could not have been any better taken care of by the team of Enchanting Travels. From the point of contact to our return we a had a perfect experience. Throughout the trip our travel coordinator made sure that everything went smoothly and all our wishes (and more) were satisfied 110%…..and I truly mean 110%! While Covid kept me from traveling, I can’t say enough about Lisa and the folks at Enchanting! Lisa was there from start to finish, was always quick to respond and was such an asset to our planning process. When things changed and we realized traveling wasn’t going to happen, Lisa was there again to walk me through my options. Overall and excellent company that stands by their word and provides exceptional customer service!
