We had a lovely trip with Enchanting Travels. Thank you for organizing this amazing trip for us! You pay a price for always being taken care of but we definitely think that is totally worth it, especially in a country like India. We can only highly recommend Enchanting Travels!

South Africa was an incredible trip. We had a full spectrum of cultural experiences by visiting Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Kruger. We appreciated the flawless coordination throughout our itinerary. We suggest including a day or half-day for shopping and leisure.

The people who work in the background and those they hire to engage with you one-on-one are professional and excellent. Almost everything went smoothly, the driver and guides were always on time and Kalani and Nitika were fast to respond to questions with good answers. The little extra moments made the difference from the bicycle rickshaw ride in Old Delhi, New Year at hotel in Jaipur, to a New Year morning trip to a Hindu temple ceremony in Jaipur, to the boat ride with traditional music in Varanasi.

I mostly enjoyed the people. I have been told time and again that the cambodian people are very friendly, this is very true. Also the food, amazingly good food. Beyond my expectations. I am a foodie!

Our trip to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket was a fantastic trip. We were met with guides and drivers daily. It was well planned with no guessing to where or what to do. The hotels were top-notch with every comfort of home. We liked every bit of it! We picked the excisions so it was designed for our likes. If we wanted to change it up, the guides we flexible. My favorite was going to the coconut farm and learning how they make coconut sugar. They also opened their home for us to see how they live. My husband loved the Temples and hearing history.

Our family enjoyed the tour thoroughly. We were in awe with the monuments, in particular, Taj Mahal. Most definitely a ‘must-do’ for all. Of course, the experience is definitely attributable to the good guides we have had throughout.

We chose Enchanting Travels to plan our honeymoon to Japan in winter 2019 over Christmas, New Year’s, and my husband’s birthday. We got a bit of a late start in planning (about a month and a half before we were looking to go!) and knew that some things might be booked or closed for the holidays, but through close collaboration and tireless planning, the Enchanting Travels team was able to pull together an amazing itinerary for us that allowed us to experience so many unique and varied aspects of Japanese culture, cuisine, architecture, history, and more. Over a 2 week period, we visited Tokyo, Takayama, Kanazawa, and Kyoto, with day-long excursions to Shirakawa-go and Nara in between. The accommodations booked for us were superb, meals planned for us for New Year’s and Kevin’s birthday were thoughtful and enjoyable, and individual tours and activities gave us an in-depth look at particular aspects of Japanese culture and cuisine that we might not have been able to enjoy as much if we tried to see or learn ourselves. Overall, can’t recommend Enchanting Travels highly enough.

Traveling with Enchanting is not just another trip to another country but an experience, an alluring journey to another place while discovering its colourful hues, its cultural surprises and the beauty of opening up to this world which we call home. I absolutely recommend Enchanting Travels. They are flexible, reliable and were able to accommodate my needs as well as they needs of two 70+ year old women. I will use them for my future travels.

Kamesh, who was the airport greeter, did an excellent job getting both us and our son from the airport to and into the hotel and situated for the trip. ALSO I don’t know if Prathima or Shivangi were responsible, but one or both of them arranged for us to get tickets to a dance performance Dec 16 at the Yagnaraman centre for performing arts at Sri Krishna Gana Sabha Trust — I was delighted. We wanted to see dance and had been unable to find information on this. Very grateful that we were able to attend. Let me also emphasize how excellent both Prathima and Shivangi were. Prathima with amazing patience and knowledge planned the trip. She was totally responsive — but also resolutely and gently made sure her experience guided our plan. And Shivangi was always there, fixing what needed to be fixed on occasion and always providing a friendly and encouraging voice. I felt we learned a lot about history, about Tamil culture and about Hinduism (that last especially on this and the next part of the trip and from our guides). Auroville is something else again and fascinating in its own different way.

Other than the destinations, it was just as great as our last trip with Enchanting. The hotel in Hoi An was so perfect, it made the whole trip! All tour guides were friendly, knowledge and wonderful. Having the same drivers throughout the trip made us feel more connected to the locals. By the end of the trip, we all felt like family.

Our 35th wedding anniversary trip could not have been better. Our trip coordinator Shivangi Pandey went out of her way to make everything we did feel special. From photos at the Taj Mahal, to special surprises at Varyvilas for our Ranthambore experience to our stay at the amazing Taj Lake Palace and finally our two nights on a rice barge in Kerala. It was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you Enchanting Travels!

I organized a trip through Prathima. She listened to our requirements and came up with a great trip. Our tour organiser Shevangi Pandey from the Delhi office was absolutely fantastic. Rene had an illness and medical aid was organised for us which was prompt efficient and friendly. She assisted us and sought our feedback regularly and was always accommodating and available.

Our guides throughout the trip were informative and easily understood. They would listen to what we were wanting to do and organise our requests, they always had our interest at heart and looked after us wherever we were.
