The trip was everything I dreamed!

From start to finish, Enchanting Travels provided a top-of-the-line experience. The concierge-style support made our trip relaxing and very memorable!

Our travel coordinator, Jeniffer Korir, was fabulous with planning our trip. She listened carefully to what we were interested in and arranged travel, destinations, and activities that aligned with our interests. She did a great job matching our budget and interests to availability of activities, and the destination. She developed a thorough itinerary and advised us on all aspects of the trip down to the when and how much to tip. When our flight was canceled, Jeniffer proactively noticed it and made other arrangements, including adjusting all of our other travel plans. I would highly recommend using enchanting travels for booking once in a lifetime vacations; they are experienced with the destinations and save you lots of time with doing your own research and making your own travel plans. Plus, they are available while you were at your destination to answer questions and communicate plans. We had an amazing vacation!

Where to begin! We have been planning this trip since 2019 and throughout the pandemic our agents with Enchanting Travels continued to keep us informed with everything that was happening regarding traveling globally and continued to help us with decision-making for our trip. We were reassured and never felt pressured, in fact we felt informed and comfortable knowing that our agents cared about us and our pending trip. So when the time finally came for us to travel, we were more than excited! Upon our arrival, everything (and I mean everything) went according to plan! All we had to do was show up! Our itinerary was beautifully laid out and it had all of our hotel and guide information on it, it was very easy to follow! Plus the tours that our agent booked were exactly what my husband and I wanted. We had such a magical experience and everything was carefully planned and thought of. We will definitely be using Enchanting Travels again for our future overseas traveling. Ireland offers much to see and experience on a cultural and historical level. The people are friendly, the food is very vibrant and seeing as much of the country from Dublin to the west coast is well worth the journey. Enchanting Travels made all this possible with a tight, yet comfortable itinerary that allowed us to enjoy various aspects of Ireland and its culture and people.

My husband and I took an amazing honeymoon/one year anniversary trip to two different Hawaiian islands. The communication Mary and Vanesa provided us was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Enchanting Travels is the first travel agency I have ever used. The trip was the first overseas trip I have ever been on. Enchanting Travels really listened to what I wanted, asked plenty of questions so that they understood my goal for the trip, offered suggestions that made our trip even better, and kept in contact with me from start to end. They are very knowledgeable about the locations, the customs of the regions, and what the best experience for you will be.
