While traveling in Africa the level of attention from Catherine was outstanding, the communication, emails and phone calls were very unexpected but reassuring we were being well attended to if any issues occurred. Enchanting Travels made me feel prepared to travel with the beautiful travel binder they sent with all needed information. I also felt very supported during the trip.
