We gave you short notice, but you came through for us with flying colors. Everything from transportation, hotel accommodations, day tours were excellent. The fact that Anjali our trip coordinator was available 100% to help from translation to dinner reservations gave us piece of mind. One of the very best travel experiences I have ever had. We even got updates once at 3 am! He also made one change in one day’s itinerary to accommodate our wishes which was very wonderful. For business, I have traveled to Europe, Russia, all over Asia and South Africa but was blown away by all the beautiful sites in Argentina and Chile.

Enchanting Travels was flawless in the organization of our tour and the coordination of the day to day activities. From the moment we stepped of the plane at 6 am in Delhi to the moment our 5 am train left Mumbai we were looked after by the most delightful drivers, guides and company representatives. Our accommodation was varied, ranging from home stay to palace experiences …. every place unique and memorable and the hospitality amazing. All our internal flights were cancelled due to the collapse of the airline. We didn’t have to worry a moment as Anjali had it covered and new flights organized, tickets issued and in our hands before we knew there was a problem. Driving in India is very challenging, however, our drivers were highly skilled and, once we got used to the chaos, we knew we were safe and could relax. Any requests or changes we made along the way were accommodated with ease, including an unscheduled tour in Mumbai at the end of our time with our driver and guide. My husband was born in India, returning for the first time in almost 70 years. We had no activities scheduled by the company for our stays in Lucknow and Allahabad as we were pursuing family links. Our driver, Rakesh, was fantastic in assisting to get us to places we needed, interpret and then be our tour guide to places of interest in these cities. A ten out of ten experience. We do not hesitate to recommend Enchanting to everyone we meet and look forward to using their services again for a trip to Africa sometime in the near future.

We were taken care in every aspect of our trip. It was flexible based on our needs but structured enough to see everything we wanted and needed to see.

From our first contact with Walter who planned a wonderful itinerary, to Ashwini who made sure to make contact while we were in Asia, Enchanting Travels made our trip fantastic! We recently made a trip to India with Enchanting Travels. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. All the details were taken care of and the guides and drivers always on time and so friendly and helpful. Every day was a great experience with the guides and drivers always willing to adjust the itinerary if we asked. The hotels were lovely and the special extras we asked for, a foodie experience on the streets of Delhi and an elephant ride into the Amber Fort in Jaipur just a couple of fantastic highlights in an amazing holiday. Our trip coordinator was in touch daily to make sure that everything was okay and even arranged a meal out for us in Agra. Our next trip will definitely be with Enchanting Travels.

I would definitely recommend Enchanting travels to any one. From the moment we started planning our holiday, nothing was too much trouble and everything was perfect. I would not travel again without them organizing it.
