Our experience with Enchanting Travels was superb. We were looked after every step of the way. Our driver was with us every day and could not have been more helpful. His driving surpassed all expectations in the heavy Indian traffic. Every guide was very informative and took great care to provide us with an experience that was totally unbelievable. India was on our bucket list of must sees. Our tour of old Delhi was highlighted by our walk thru the spice markets and an unexpected seat in the policeman’s hut it enjoy our first of many Masala Teas. Agra and the Taj Mahal was the highlight of our Trip. No words can tell you about the amazing feeling as you walk thru the entry archway to this magnificent icon.
We stayed at the beautiful Oberoi hotels for our time in India. They have become our favorite hotel chain and will be using them again. We look forward to using Enchanting Travels again

Our first and only experience to date with Enchanting Travels was excellent. The initial planning and then the support we had from our coordinator during the whole 24-day trip was outstanding and contributed a great deal to our overall satisfaction and peace of mind. As a couple in our mid-seventies embarking on a long and relatively complicated itinerary in India, a country we haven’t visited before, we felt secure in the fact that our coordinator, Anjali, was contactable at all times and, when necessary, held our hand through certain situations. We would certainly recommend to others, especially in our age group, to use Enchanting Travels.

Our trip was spectacular and a wonderful introduction to India for my sister and brother in law who were visiting for the first time. Our face to face with an enormous Royal Bengal Tiger in Ranthambore will enter family lore. Enchanting Travels provided us with fabulous guides who shared their knowledge and insights of local history. How else might we have learned that “the Taj Mahal is a tear drop of love on the cheek of time.

We are very happy we chose Enchanting and that they were able to create a travel experience that fully met our interests and expectations.

I had originally planned to travel to India alone, but ended up traveling with mom. Enchanting Travels designed a trip that worked well for what we wanted to see and experience in just over 10 days, including a volunteer experience that I wanted to have! The team works to make sure that our requests were taken into consideration and ensure that guests have the best quality experience! The excellent coordination between all members of the travel team from the coordinator to the driver to the guides so that one feels safe and taken care of and knowing this now, I would absolutely feel comfortable traveling alone in the hands of Enchanting Travels! 🙂 I highly recommend having them help to plan your trip to the many destinations worldwide that they work with, especially if it is a place that one is not familiar with!

I was a wonderful trip and would do it all over again exactly the same way. The Trip Coordinators were always available and very very helpful

Asia is a must see for Westerners. Bangkok, in particular, is dazzling and Siem Reap surely makes the Top 10 Place to see before you die.

Traveling to Africa was a first for us (mom and daughter). I wanted to take my daughter into a safe experience while experiencing the culture, natural beauty, and wildlife. We had the best ever experience in all these areas. Enchanted Travel listened to our desires and put together the perfect trip at an affordable price. Thankyou Melissa, you did a phenomenal job! We also had our own travel coordinator who was available 24/7 and in the country, we visited (Africa). This made a big impact on our experience because Ben was always a step ahead of us. He made the necessary contacts/calls to ensure that we had the escorts needed in transit. This made our experience stressfree and pleasant! Ben also called ahead to make sure our dietary needs would be met. We will travel through Enchanting Travels again because they listen, care, and follow through making the trip what we hope…a wonderful lifetime memory! I loved how they kept in contact with us before, during, and after our trip. They care about their customers’ experience from the start to the finish!

We travelled to South America with Enchanting Travels for our honeymoon and had an amazing journey. All our tours and tour guides were fantastic and it was great not to have to worry about anything as Enchanting Travels was always there to help!

The service provided by our guides and drivers as well as the staff in each hotel was almost without fault and often outstanding.

Everything was great from working with Natalie to set up itinerary that fit our interests and our budget to Fernando helping make last minute reservations and to come meet us at the airport due to a last minute change in our flight. And then continue to check with us if our trip was going smoothly all along the way. Overall an excellent experience!

Our trip was perfectly plotted to let us experience the maximum that Argentina as a destination has to offer. The stunning Iguazu Falls and the Perito Moreno Glacier were obvious highlights but we also loved horse-back riding in the Patagonian hills with the backdrop of the distant Andes and turquoise glacial lakes, hiking in beautiful Bariloche and El Chalten and seeing the fascinating geological formations in the north of the country around Salta. Our hotels were boutique and uniformly marvellous and the arrangements for the whole trip were seamless so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves to the maximum.

This was our first experience with Enchanting Travels. The entire team was delightful to work with…..very professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We travel a lot and will be using them again for our next adventure!

I had an incredible experience with Enchanting Travels. From the very beginning, every one I worked with was very helpful. Gunjan and Shivangi worked round the clock to help set up my itinerary and everything was great!
