It is the second time our family has asked Enchanting Travels to organize our holidays. The organization is really professional before and during the whole trip.

From day one, when I first contacted Corin to the end of the trip with Sapna, things couldn’t have gone better. Corin was great with the planning of the trip. He asked questions of where I wanted to go and do. Excellent employee. When I was handed off to Sapna, things also went very well. She was in contact with me every day via e-mail. She let us know who our guide would be for that leg of the trip. She also monitored our internal flights and made necessary changes to make sure we got to where we needed to be. Both Corin and Sapna are 5-star gems in your company. I have traveled all over the world and have used other travel companies and by far your company outweighs the others. I will definitely use you guys again.

Enchanting Travels created an East African adventure for us that exceeded our wildest dreams! From the beginning of the trip planning phase with Corin to the last-minute confirmations with Florence, Enchanting’s team handled every detail of our trip professionally and seamlessly. Knowing that all of the logistics of our trip were in such competent and friendly hands allowed us to completely relax and enjoy ourselves along the way. Peru is a beautiful experience. The people are just amazing , so the food . Machu Picchu is simply surreal and for me Titicaca Lake is a must! but what made the lake experience special was sleeping on one of the reed islands of Uros rather than in Puno. Overall an enchanting holiday

You may come to Kenya for the safari drives and the wildlife encounters, but there is a significant chance you, like us, will leave with a sense of having to reassess your experience: Sure the wildlife was great and the encounters many, but possibly the most lasting impression was left by the smiles, genuine kindness and no-limits service provided by the people – including the staff of Enchanting Travels as well as all those our carefully planned itinerary led us to interact with.

In our two trips to South American We have never had any bad experience throughout our trips. Just tell Enchanting Travel what kind of experience you want out of your trip and let them look after the rest.

When everything is perfect, you don’t know just how service focused a company might be. It’s how and what is done to correct the problem that demonstrates the level of service. On our trip, Kenya air canceled our flight from Rwanda to Nairobi and Enchanting was not notified. We only found out by chance (and the we were 14 travelers). Our trip coordinator had to scramble, and she saved the day by finding flights for all 14 of us to arrive on or before our originally scheduled time. The result – everyone had a fabulous safari. Hat’s off to your customer focus!

Hand’s down the best trip I have EVER been on! I loved that every detail was handled by Enchanting and I didn’t need to worry.

This trip completed 116 country visited. It was the single best adventure that we have experienced. We loved it. It was anything but normal. It is a change of diet to be hours away from “civilization” in a secluded wildlife area in Africa. At the camps, you are very comfortable and well cared for but you are not in a city hotel. In the day, more so at night, wild animals roam the area including throughout the camp. You are told to stay inside at night for a good reason. Cape Water Buffalos were so close to one of our huts that we could hear it eating the grass. We heard lions belch out growls that sounded no more than 50 meters away at 2 am. During the safaris we were often surrounded by animals as they just walked around us. We saw all the big 5 multiple time plus many other animals not often seen. We saw animal fights, predators eating their kills, and we even went hunting with a cheetah. And if you like birds, they are everywhere. You know you are not in a Hilton Hotel in a city. You are out there in the wild and we absolutely loved it. Never have we experienced this. We took home over 2,000 pictures. We did not expect much of the cities. We were seriously wrong. Every day of tours in and around Johannesburg and Cape Town were as exciting as our first trips to Rome or Paris. We learned a lot about the history of South Africa. We came to appreciate and respect all the locals that we encountered. They were hospitable, welcoming, spoke multiple languages (4-8 was common). They did their best to help us have an enjoyable adventure in their 4 countries we visited. Last of all, we cannot say enough good about Enchanting Travels. Their management team has developed a great system with outstanding employees that put together and manage these trips. We cannot remember a better trip as to planning, logistics and results. One of us became sick and Enchanting’s employee assigned to take care of us did a wonderful job in seeing that we received medical care. Ridhi kept in touch with us via email and telephone making sure all was working to our satisfaction. We are so thankful that she was there for us. It gave us tremendous peace of mind. There was never as much as one glitch in anything. That is amazing. We are thankful we found Enchanting Travel and will use their services in the future.

On first contact, my Travel Consultant made it really fun to plan the trip. She seemed as excited about it as I did and was so informative and knowledgeable about every aspect. I never felt pressured, she responded right away when I called and fulfilled my every request. Upon arriving in each and every location the chauffeur’s were always there right on time, I was never once left waiting or wondering if they were going to arrive. I found them to be friendly and helpful at every turn. Actually they are all excellent drivers, negotiating all of that traffic can’t be easy and I felt completely safe the entire time. The guides were informative and helpful at every location. My Trip Coordinator responded very quickly to every question and request, and had my back at every time. Hands down the very best Team to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest.
