Enchanting Travels provided a complete travel experience which met our specific requirements for our trip to Delhi and Rajasthan. Itinerary planning and support provided was outstanding. Whilst we travelled independently, we also felt that we had great support on the ground when needed. We would certainly engage Enchanting Travels again for future travel.

Once again, Enchanting Travels came through with putting together the perfect itinerary for our SE Asia trip. The keen eye for the program details, fine quality hotels and exceptional guides keep us coming back year after year. We have been “enchanted” in Africa, South America, India, Asia and are scheduled for another South America for 2018. Our adventures have always been so much more than we ever expect in the best possible way.

Enchanting Travels was one of the best private tours we have done. Everything was very well organised and it was wonderful to be able to customise the travel to our own wishes. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and it was truly a wonderful experience.

Our Travel Consultant (Gunjan) was very responsive and gave us great options within our budget and once we were on the ground our Trip Coordinator (Sneha) was excellent in making sure everything went smoothly. 10/10, we will be using them again!

It has been an excellent and awesome trip. Perfectly prepared, organized and briefed to us. It was incredible how the Travel Consultant and the Trip Coordinator took care of us all along the trip. They were calling us almost daily to make sure everything was going well. You always feel safe also thanks to the very good drivers and guides who always accompany you. All in all one of the best trip I ever made.

Enchanting Travels did an awesome job coordinating our trip to India with 3 young children. We were able to create a reasonable itinerary and had fleSouth Indiaxibility. The hotels were amazing.

This trip was truly spectacular. Our travel consultant took the time to really listen to what we wanted out of our trip, and put together a suggested itinerary that we then worked on together to get it just where we wanted it. Having an experienced team create the agenda and suggest which places to visit first, second, third etc, we were able to maximize our trip and not waste time with travel or doubling back on our route. Not only did we see amazing sites and have fantastic experiences, we were able to do so with seamless logistics and no worries about where to stay, how to get from A to B, or what the highlights of each place were. Enchanting Travels took care of all the details for us, and clearly communicated with us on a regular basis so we could just “be on vacation.” Our trip coordinator on the ground was right there for us the very few times we needed her, and did a great job of ensuring things were on track. All of the drivers were on-time and very nice; all of the hotels were clean and comfortable, with good breakfasts to get us going in the mornings; and all of the activities we participated in were well organized, informative, and fun. We did a LOT in two weeks, but thanks to our travel consultant and coordinator, it was a relaxed and stress free trip. We went from the city of Buenos Aires, to the mountains of Patagonia, to the wine region in Mendoza. And while we got to see a lot of what Argentina has to offer, there is so much more to see. We hope to come back, and when we do, we will go through Enchanting Travels again. Thank you to your team for making our 20th Anniversary so memorable.

Enchanting Travels works hard to really understand what you want from your trip and tailor the holiday accordingly. The in-country tour guides are great and will always be flexible to your needs. Enchanting Travels has always been professional and very well organised and the hotels were perfect.

From start to finish our Travel consultant was very professional and very accommodating. We fully recommend the services of Enchanting Travels. Our trip to India was Fabulous. All the flights, accommodation, drivers and guides were in place at each new destination. It was the best trip ever. Great attention to details. Nothing on our wish list with missed. We also asked to have tea at the venue used in the movie The Real Exotic Marygold Hotel, which was the Viscount club and Enchanting Travels arranged for this to happen. This was complementary along with a meal at the venue used in the BBC programme Marygold Hotel for celebrities.

Enchanting Travels worked with our budget and all necessary requirements we mentioned along the way. The on ground staff are lovely, as were all the staff they partnered us with. A fabulous experience and a safari group I’d book through again!

Our trip to South Africa with Enchanting Travels was absolutely wonderful! The itinerary that our planner set up for us was perfect; we traveled to three different cities on 3 cross country flights during our stay, and she was able to coordinate all of that seamlessly. From a transfer meeting us at each airport to drive us to the hotel, to an all-day private guide, all details were taken care of by Enchanting Travels, making the trip a breeze to plan, and completely wonderful to experience. It was our honeymoon, and Enchanting Travels had even set up little gifts – champagne and chocolates – at each hotel for our enjoyment. We felt truly special, and I cannot wait to plan my next trip with Enchanting Travels soon!

This was our third trip to India with Enchanting Travels and it again exceeded expectations in quality, creativity and reliability.

Having a custom and personalised tour was perfect for our group of 4 friends. There was attention paid to every detail, right from the start. Dining and shopping recommendations were excellent . Our guides and drivers were terrific and we would recommend Enchanting Travels highly.

Planning our trip with the Travel Consultant and Travel Coordinator allowed a great deal of our input into exactly what we wanted to do and see. They went out of their way to meet our needs. The tour guides at each destination were very knowledgable and accommodating. All of our connections went perfectly, whether it was being picked up from the airport or being dropped off at our hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to South America.

Enchanting Travels helped us design the trip of our lifetime, experiencing Rwanda and Uganda with a driver-guide in each country who helped us to understand the history and culture of their countries and to see the most amazing and awe-inspiring wildlife – endangered primates and birds – while staying in gorgeous villas and guesthouses. Truly Amazing!!!

Enchanting Travels took time to really understand what we wanted from our South East Asia trip. The proposed itinerary and its execution was flawless. everything met or exceeded our expectations.
