We recently traveled for 2.5 weeks through Ireland and Scotland in a trip planned with Enchanting Travels. Our entire experience was great. You never know when a trip is not going to go as expected. We had a mid-trip flight from Ireland to Scotland via Heathrow and the trip was impacted by the UK Air Traffic Control disruption in August. Our trip coordinator Sarnanku Majumdwe assisted us every step of the way – he went above and beyond trying to find solutions for us and really cared about our experience. We were so grateful that we had booked this trip through Enchanting so that we had Sarnanku’s assistance through the 2 day disruption. Throughout the trip, we utilized a number of private tour guides and drivers and every single one of them exceeded our expectations – they were knowledgeable, kind and very customer service oriented. Hands down an exceptional company to plan, coordinate, and execute a high level service trip. From the first contact which was our trip planner Allison to our coordinator, our experience was fantastic. All the pick ups were extremely punctual, drivers were great and their cars immaculate. All the tours and activities were great recommendations. We enjoyed them all. All the hotels in the 6 cities were perfectly located, central to where we wanted to be. We look forward to planning our next trip with Enchanting Travels. Thank you Allison and Divya for making this trip come to fruition with such delight.

I have used Enchanting Travels for two very different trips this year. The first was with my husband to Western Canada and the second, most recently, was a trip to Ireland with a friend. It was our first time to Ireland. The travel planner, Elizabeth, listened to our needs and customized a wonderful itinerary to fit into our timeline and budget. We had time to “explore on our own” but also had a personal driver for our long tour days. We traveled by train as well. With customized travel you can make sure that you pace the holiday to your liking. I like a mix of time alone and tour time. Driving in Ireland was not something I wanted to do so the driver option was the best. No issues with parking and you are traveling with someone who knows all the inside information you would never have on your own. We made fun stops in small villages, went to local pubs yet still saw all the famous sights from Dublin to Galway to Killarney to Kilkenny and back to Dublin. We saw the Cliffs of Moher, Dingle Peninsula, Ring of Kerry and the Rock of Cashel, all with a driver who was so friendly and knowledgeable. All the hotel check ins went seamlessly and the drivers were always on time and ready to make our days spectacular. Enchanting Travels uses high end, professional travel partner companies at each destination. Your travel coordinator stays in touch throughout your trip and is only a text away. I highly recommend Enchanting Travels!

Best Trip Ever. The trip coordinators made everything so easy! From arrival at airport to final dropoff at airport, everything was perfectly arranged.

I loved that it was a totally customized trip. Then, all of the accommodations, guides, the staff at every location, and food was great at every place we went. Lastly, we were taken care of through the entire trip from the moment we landed in Kenya to the end of our trip were we were guided through every step

So many things we loved! We loved having Anto as our constant contact. He really cared about our well-being, from making sure our travels went well and we arrived at our destinations safely, to providing us with Celiac restriction cards written in Greek that we could share with restaurants to keep our newly-diagnosed daughter safe. Each on-ground representative was kind, friendly and helpful in locating us at airports, ferries and hotels as well as transporting us to each. Lastly, our tour guide in Athens, local chef/teacher and sunset cruise staff couldn’t have made our experiences any better: amazing experiences with amazing people. All of our land contacts were overseen by Anto who did an incredible job in keeping things coordinated, seamlessly. Anto was nothing short of kind and professional.

From the trip concept planning, through to selection, booking and on the ground support through our travels, the team at Enchanting Travels did an incredible job making sure that our dream trip to Tanzania was a success! The safari was unbelievable and the staff who assisted us in Tanzania were gracious and provided the best hospitality. We were booked into a Maasai Lodge to gain a closer look at the local culture following safari. It was both very comfortable and also insightful. Capping off the trip with some time in Zanzibar to recharge on their beautiful beaches was a perfect holiday end. We would not hesitate to book with Enchanting Travels again, they provided a top notch experience for our family.

Shannon listened to our preferences and how we like to travel and designed an amazing vacation for us. Our trip was beautiful and stress free from start to finish!
