Set out along the southern shore of Lake Argentino to reach Los Glaciares National Park. Once you are inside the park, stop at a panoramic viewpoint to admire the Andes Mountains, the alpine forests, and the Rico arm of the lake. You can also catch your first glimpse of the Perito Moreno Glacier from here. Then proceed to the 4,000 meters of balconies and walkways set at different levels to enjoy various views of the glacier. Explore Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego on this adventure cruise. In the evening, your ship departs from Punta Arenas. As you set sail, meet the captain and crew in the Sky Lounge. After, savor a delicious dinner paired with exquisite South American wines while the vessel navigates through Whiteside Canal. By dawn, you will find yourself gliding along the remote Alberto de Agostini National Park. Go ashore on inflatable boats at Ainsworth Bay, home to elephant seals and an array of birds including dolphin gulls and kelp geese. Then, head to Tucker Islets and visit a Magellanic penguin and cormorant colony. Back onboard, you may take a tour of the bridge and engine room, and attend a lecture on the region’s glaciology. On day three, enter the secluded Pia Fjord and take a short hike, for panoramic views of the enormous ice field. Later, proceed along the Beagle Channel, through Glacier Alley, with its five tidewater glaciers named after European countries. The fourth day brings you to Nassau Bay and Murray Channel, which leads to the Cape Horn National Park, a UNESCO designated World Biosphere Reserve. In the afternoon, cruise to Wulaia Bay, where Charles Darwin landed during his voyage on the H. M. S. Beagle.
