I can’t believe how great Enchanting Travels made our trip! The attention to details while incorporating everywhere we wanted to go was great. They took all the worry out of it – they planned everything and engaged local guides everywhere we went. We travelled through Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru in one month and everything that was recommended was wonderful. Making all the arrangements and meeting us at every flight to take us where we needed to go was so reassuring. I loved not traveling in a big group and that they custom make the entire trip for my partner and me. We got to experience so much with none of the hassle. I also loved that our trip coordinator was always available if we had questions. I never want to travel to travel without them again!

From the first phone call, the amazing adventures and guides, to the last text message with our trip coordinator and our complimentary bottle of wine, everything was top notch. We had so many meaningful experiences. Our tour guide at Machu Picchu, Darcy, told us something beautiful: He said, “You travel three times. Once when you plan, once when you are there, and once when you look at your pictures.” Since we have looked at our pictures a million times already, we’re tired from traveling so much. We had no experience with South America, and they made us feel safe, warm, and welcomed!

Our trip to Peru was 18 months in the making thanks to covid, but was well worth the wait. The one word I would use to describe Enchanting Travels is professional. From trip planners to Coordinators to guides and drivers, everyone was on time, knowledgeable and polite. Our trip consisted of several locations and travel via plane, car, boat, bus and train throughout Peru. We had zero problems and all done safely. Itinerary was exactly as described except for a surprise hotel upgrade in Machu Picchu. They also handled covid Tests which are required. We felt early on in the trip that we were in good hands. We highly recommend Enchanting Travels and plan to use again in the future.
