It is always heart-warming to see how proud and motivated our local guides are in steadfastly assisting our guests throughout each Enchanting trip. We see this every day on-the-ground but it is fully appreciated when you witness their combined energy when they come together!
After last year’s inaugural event our second guide award ceremony took place at the Leela Palace hotel in New Delhi. It’s always a multi-lingual function and this year was no different with five languages represented. Enchanting Travels is the only travel company that hosts such an event and so the ceremony was hugely appreciated by all our guides and participating members. Co-Founder Alex Metzler opened the ceremony alongside managers from our Operations and Trip Coordination teams.
The purpose is simple: to recognize efforts and award our best performers.
The ceremony brought home to everyone involved that we are connected through a common vision. It also offered an opportunity for our guides to share ideas through an enjoyable interactive session that was peppered with fun stories. We heard so many positive comments as guides shared their experiences with us. They narrated small incidents and told us why they feel proud to work with us and why is it that they feel so connected.
The evening ended on a real high – with a High Tea, naturally!
